1. Scope
This policy explains the limited use of cookies and comparable browser-storage technologies on the THE DEN website. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Current approach
We currently use only technology that is technically necessary to operate and secure the website and Founding Circle form.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, social-media tracking pixels or behavioural profiling.

4. JavaScript
JavaScript supports interactive functions such as form validation, tier selection and copy-to-clipboard controls. JavaScript is not itself a cookie. Our current scripts do not create advertising or analytics profiles.
5. Legal basis
The session cookie is used because it is strictly necessary to provide and secure a service expressly requested by the user, including secure form submission and confirmation. We therefore do not request optional cookie consent for it.
Personal data connected with the session is processed under the legal bases explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Browser controls
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking the necessary session cookie may prevent the Founding Circle form, security token or confirmation page from working correctly.
7. No banner at present
Because the site currently uses only strictly necessary functionality and no optional analytics or advertising cookies, we do not display a consent banner.
If optional analytics, marketing, embedded media or newsletter technology is introduced, we will update this policy and implement appropriate consent before activation.
8. Hosting and updates
Our hosting provider uses infrastructure needed to deliver and protect the service. Server-log details appear in our Privacy Policy.
